We are looking for a highly skilled contract UX Designer/Developer to support our growing team. Your mission will be to define and create highly interactive interfaces for our lab platform. As a UX Designer/Developer, you will face some of our hardest challenges in designing rich and dynamic interface for the consumer and enterprise market, with special attention to the objectives of our platform which is to empower everyone within these technical communities, be it Instructor or Student, to be exposed to the latest advances in Software and Services immediately upon it being available with the best platform and service available globally.  You will be involved in exciting new projects, including the redesign of a Hands-on Labs platform for the Enterprise world, and gamification of the platform.

 

You will work with our Product team on designing the best lab  experience for our customers.

 

What else you will do:

 

  • Build and lead the design functions within the product development department, including user interface design and visual design.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product marketing to bring design concepts into reality
  • Integrate user interface design and visual design functions to produce simple, highly usable, scalable designs that create cohesive, positive user experiences across multiple product lines.
  • Work with other design groups throughout the company to support our collaborative design culture, a cohesive user experience, and a powerful corporate brand.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
  • Proficient in web technologies including: HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Javascript, VueJS and webpack
  • Passion for product design and the desire to work in a product designer role
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and facilitate the design process
  • Excellent communication skills and ease having discussions with users, engineers, and executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing successful and impactful products from concept through production and the ability to showcase your work

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer to help us take our product to the next level. This position will take ownership of how features are implemented, from user experience to backend, involving our web app, APIs and backend infrastructure.

 

You will work with our Product team on designing the best lab  experience for our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Able to write well-structured, maintainable, idiomatic code with good documentation; unit tests for every feature, bug fixing and code reviews.
  • Communicate with the rest of the company (e.g. sales, marketing, UX, etc) to ensure the functionality you’re implementing is what was intended.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team, including, designers and product managers in order to quickly deliver new features.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth deployments, ensuring that errors are logged with enough info to debug effectively.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Passion for coding, web technologies, and shipping features that drive users adoption.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with server-side technologies, primarily C#. Java experience is a bonus but not required.
  • A good amount of experience working with .NET MVC, Web API and newer .NET Core frameworks.
  • Experience with Entity Framework but also, importantly, with hand-crafting SQL queries, preferably on multiple DBMS platforms. Acceptance and experience of working with other micro ORM frameworks such as Dapper.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SOLID principals and adherence to other community adopted programming principals and methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with modern web patterns: RESTful systems and services, WebSocket, client-side rendering, etc.
  • Understanding of client-side technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Web Components, VueJS
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Familiar with cloud oriented technologies: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and/or Docker.
  • Familiar with cloud architecture patterns and best practices for designing highly available, scalable and secure systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency and integrity

We’re looking for support engineers to assist our customers and provide an outstanding support channel to our customers answering their questions and queries using multiple communication methods including (email/ticket system, phone, and Instant Messaging). Potential candidates should have an exceelent level of spoken and written English and will have the ability to quickly assess escalation scenarios. go deploy provides support 24/7/365.

 

You will work with our Product team on designing the best lab  experience for our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist customers with questions and queries
  • Escalate cases internally to operations teams and content owners where appropriate
  • Test lab environments for relevancy
  • Document cases for future ease of resolution using Knowledge Base tools.
  • Maintain web facing self-help articles
  • Maintain internal documentation

 

Requirements:

 

  • Training Management System
  • Ability to work long and extra hours where required.
  • Have a good technical background of browsers, Office 365 applications including Microsoft Teams & SharePoint.
  • Service Management software ie ServiceNow or ZenDesk,
  • Thorough understanding of all features, functions, and capabilities of the go deploy Platform
  • Understanding of commercial training including classrooms, labs and courseware.
